We were constantly out and exploring. Konstantinos and his sons were very kind and helpful. Our fight from Denmark arrived at 3 am. They picked us at the airport. We were not expecting it at all. So yes, we highly recommend staying with Konstantinos.

They made sure we had everything we needed, recommended best restaurants and even surprised us with complimentary beverages when we were in the amazing pool at the villa.
On the last day of our stay, they agreed that we would keep the car several hours past the return time.
To sum, they are the friendiest hosts we've ever met, the place is incredible. We will surely come again and we recommend it with all our hearts.

Il signor Kostantinos e suo figlio Mikail sono stati particolarmente gentili ed accoglienti essendo allo stesso tempo assolutamente discreti durante tutta la durata del soggiorno.
La posizione e’ della Villa e’ vicina all’aeroporto , alla citta’ di Chania ed ad alcune delle innumerevoli bellissime spiaggie di Creta.
Noi avendo due bimbe abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente Stravros Beach ( la spiaggia di Zorba il Greco) e Agii Apostoli situata in citta’ a Chania ma caratteristica ed intima come fosse nascosta.
Contate che abbiamo soggiornato nel perido che andava dal 28 settembre al 10 ottobre trovando sempre clima oltre i 30 gradi !!
Tutto perfetto consigliatissimo!!

  The location of the place is very good. Close to the beach, and close to good restaurants. The pool is nice to have to cool off in the night.

  Initial communication was good & links to local amenities was helpful. The house was clean & reasonably well equipped. Pool is lovely but no sun shades. Location great for beaches... read more & trips around Chania. House is secure and safe, parking is good. Noise from Chania airport didn't cause much disturbance, however, there were military jets flying over multiple times a day. The sound was around 80 d/b & lasted for 1+ minute each time. Pool is shared with the downstairs apartment - no issue here, family downstairs were lovely, but description could have been clearer. The owners house is on the property & they often use the garden as a thoroughfare to get in/out. The owner insists on keeping the pool area VERY tidy & will move anything left outside including toys. Bbq fuel we'd bought & neatly stored was thrown in the bin without explanation. A sun shade we'd left up one evening was also dumped next to the bin. Owner insisted on a full property inspection before we could leave.

We also liked Stavros beach a lot, 10 minutes by car. The car was included in the accomadation and it was splendid… we saw a lot of places in beautifull Crete! Also the pool area was perfect. Konstantinos, John and Michael were very friendly, polite and caring.

It is private and in the country but only a 15 minute drive to centre of Chania. I would definitely recommend using this place.

Short distances to mini markets and beaches. There is also a big supermarket close by. Konstantino and his sons Michail and John were amazing hosts. We appreciated the welcome and airport transfer. They are quick to respond and offer advice. It was also good that they do transfers which was handy when exploring areas I wasn’t too confident to drive like venturing into the main city, nights out and must do trip to Elafonisi the pink beach. The boys communicate well and are very polite.

The pool is great, and it was very useful that they had some floatation vests for kids too. The only thing we would've benefitted from is a parasol to use by the pool, as shade for the children is tricky at certain times of the day.
The area is genrally quiet, but it did take a bit of getting used to hearing the planes flying over, but we ended up quite liking the sound of them.
Overall we would recommend staying here and we cannot praise the hosts highly enough for all of their help and assistance while we were there.

  We spent one week at Konstantinos and Michail's place. We really loved the place. Everything was prepared nicely and perfect. They were also super nice and picked us up at... read more the airport. They even had to wait for hours because we had delay. Also they prepared a childseat for us. The car provided was small but totally fine for all the roads and we found a parking slot everywhere.

The house is super cozy, huge and everything is tiptop! When something was not working or we needed help Konstantinos and Michail were there to help us immediately.

Also when it came to restaurant tips, market, et c. tips we could always contact them.

All in all it was a great and relaxing holiday. The village is super nice and close to a really nice beach. Looking forward to coming back to Kampani.

While the pool is private for the property, you do share it if someone is in the apartment above at this gorgeous family home. We barely saw the others and it was truly never an issue! Olive trees all over the surrounding properties, walkable restaurant with playground a few min away, plenty of space with lots of closet space, they took me and my girls to the airport which was so kind! Gated property. Such a dream! My family will remember this trip forever!

The property is so relaxing and beautiful, they even cleaned the grill for us without us even asking. Truly above standard service!
The car was brand new and having it included with the property price makes things so much easier.
We will definitely be coming back to the Villa on our next trip to Crete and recommend everyone do the same!

However the only issues we... read more had was we didn't realise the apartment was spilt into 2. So when we arrived we was with another couple sharing the pool with us. Also the owner kept coming out to ask us to move off certain tables and stop kicking balls.

In conclusion, really nice villa just needs to be advertised as a shared villa.

  Επισκεφτήκαμε τη Villa με την κοπέλα μου και μας περίμενε ο Μιχάλης που μας έκανε την ξενάγηση. Ο Κώστας και ο Μιχάλης ειναι φανταστικοί οικοδεσπότες και πολύ ευγενικοί! Ο χώρος ειναι τεράστιος και ακριβώς σαν τις φωτογραφίες , ονειρικός!! Το εσωτερικό τζακούζι είναι θεαματικό όπως και η πισίνα στον κήπο που έχει 3 μέτρα βάθος!!   Safety is a must for me and this place is in a nice rich neighborhood in a gated compound. The backyard is shared with the owners home in the back... read more but they’re never there unless you need them. Michail was very thorough. It isn’t a typical keyless entry like the states but once you’ve checked in you’ll have free range to come and go without seeing anyone.

Overall it’s solid and the rental car is nicer than any standard rental on Crete.

  We absolutely loved our stay in Kampani. The villa is spacious and clean and every room has its own balcony complete with seating. There was plenty of room for our... read more family of 4 (including 2 teenagers). The pool area was just perfect - plenty of comfortable sun loungers, a deep and clean pool and a little jacuzzi. An added bonus is that the rental price includes a car! We were picked up at the airport and the paperwork took seconds to complete. The location of the villa is perfect - an easy walk to the beach and a fantastic local taverna. Another taverna is a 2 minute walk away. A small market is a short walk away and a large supermarket less than a 10 minute drive. During our stay we visited 3 stunning beaches and visited Chania town centre. The villa itself is in a quiet, rural area which was perfect for us. Konstantinos and his son Michail were so friendly and helpful and could not have done more to make our stay so wonderful. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to return. Thank you!

  Жилье соответствует описанию. Маловато куханной утвари. Жилье находится в тихом и спокойном месте. Наличие авто обязательно. Немного напрягает хозяин постоянно следя за твоим действиями. Вечно недовольный и без улыбки. Приготовьтесь к тому, что при выезде хозяин будет проверять всю бытовую технику и даже как смывает в туалете бачок. Не сломали ли чего...врятле вернемся еще раз сюда. Бассеин классный, но купаться будете по строжайшему графику. А не тогда, когда хочется.

The Swimming Pool area has lots of sunbeds and a great hammock (which was amazing for afternoon naps).
There are many supermarkets nearby if you want to cook at home, if not you can go to the near town or Chania to find a lot of restaurants.
Konstantinos and his son are always ready to help you out and make sure you have a wonderfull stay.

To conclude: an excellent choice when you want to visit the Chania area!

Je n’ai jamais vu aucun autre propriétaire nettoyer le barbecue à ma place, désinfecter nos transat et table à manger dehors ....pour notre bien être.

La maison est grande, bien équipée et agréable à vivre. La piscine est juste génial avec une belle profondeur de 3m sous le plongeoir et ensoleillée toute la journée.

A savoir toute fois nous sommes proche d’une base militaire avec des passages d’avions de chasse, les avions de lignes quand à eux ne sont pas nombreux. Cela ne nous a pas posé de problème.

Only minor thing was the TV was very temperamental. Sometimes the remote would work, other times it would not work at all and you couldn’t either turn it off or turn it on. It wasn’t an issue for us, the hosts did come and look whenever we asked and didn’t have an issue with all the questions. The apartment was clean and tidy and the pool was crystal clear. You will definitely need to hire a car but again the hosts will help with that if needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.
