Villa is divided over three levels of exquisite design, covering 258 sq.m. in total and it accommodates 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms. Traditional stylish architecture and sleek sophisticated lines provide a contemporary space with premium level furnishings and appliances. Expansive spaces in classic design offer a relaxing living which extend into the outdoor area. Second, third floor and the pool area allow the unparalleled view to dictate the space while the hour commands the colour hue and atmosphere, from sunrise to sunset. Each day brings another, slightly altered perspective to the dazzling vista.
The lower floor of Villa Ifigeneia has direct access into a stunning pool area, created with your outmost relaxation in mind. This carefully designed space for entertainment, recreation and relaxation will appeal to all who seek a moment of self care and wellness during their holiday. The private jacuzzi areas and the exterior jacuzzi will relieve aching muscles, and the pool with enormous space will keep you in optimum health.
Children will be thrilled with the pool area. The sofa seating is large enough for the whole family and is placed forward to 49” Smart TV. A low table with king sized armchair seating creates the perfect spot for a game of chess or cards.Two bedrooms with two separated bathrooms are located on this level with king size double bed and two single beds, A/C in every bedroom and living room and huge closets. Large patio door provide direct access to the lawned area next to the poolside.

Stairs lead to the second floor. Amazing views of Agean sea and Akrotiri peninsula mountains just from the comfort of the relaxing living room that consists of 2 sofa a smart TV 49′ and A/C and a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor is equipped with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Every bedroom is equipped with balcony, covering views of all sides of Akrotiri area. The first bedroom has a Queen sized bed, enormous closet, A/C and view to the left side of Akrotiri peninsula and a private balcony with view at the swimming pool area and surroundings of the villa. The second bedroom has two single beds,huge closet, A/C and a private balcony with a magnificent view of the east side of Akrotiri area.
Continuing up to the third floor one discovers an ensuite bedroom equipped with a handmade sofa seating, huge closet, A/C and two private balconies one overlooking at the agean sea and the west side of Akrotiri and the second balcony witnessing the north side of Akrotiri from a high placed window above the living room. The stunning ensuite bedroom located on this level fully embrace its privacy with Queen size double bed, facing directly to the sea view balcony spoiling you with the view.
